Building Operator Certification® Level I Multifamily course helps facilities staff advance their skills and careers in energy efficient operations of multifamily buildings. Studies show that BOC-credentialed facilities staff can significantly reduce annual utility costs.
This course is designed for multifamily facility operators with two or more years of experience in operation and maintenance of multifamily facilities who wish to broaden their knowledge of building systems maintenance. Completion of BOC Level I Multifamily requires a time commitment of 74 hours which includes seven classes, work-site projects, and open-book tests.
