Fundamentals Training
This introductory course teaches the basic principles of energy efficiency awareness and practices in commercial buildings over a total of 18 hours. The content of this course is designed for those seeking a solid foundational understanding of energy efficiency and building systems who have less than a year of experience in the field. This course is designed for multifamily facility operators with two or more years of experience in operation and maintenance of multifamily facilities who wish to broaden their knowledge of building systems maintenance. Completion of BOC Level I Multifamily requires a time commitment of 74 hours which includes seven classes, work-site projects, and open-book tests.
